The Indian team provide monitoring support to alert of batch operations / backups or services which have failed or need attention by the UK or Aussie team.
This blend of Developers, Tier 1 IT Consultants and Engineers gives you `the best possible coverage of skill set / support hours but also means that we can Tier the resource allocation and pass these cost savings onto you i.e:
For development work you will only deal with either a UK or Aussie project manager and developer, however some of the background development work will be done in India charged at a lower rate.
For IT Support / Implementation the Operational monitoring and low level fixes / maintenance which does not require user interaction is performed by the 3G India team. Where as the design and high level 3rd line infrastructure, plus the 2nd line user and desktop interaction is performed by local engineers in London & Sydney.
